Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders through Royal Mail/Parcel Force. All orders are trackable and insured, and require a signature on delivery.

International customers: your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on your purchase, which you will be responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot refund or reimburse them. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Please note, we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
RETURNS
Items in their original condition (including the original box and dust bag) with all tags attached can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@shophaf.com with your order number and reason for return. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please note: We cannot reimburse postage costs for returns. We recommend insurance/tracking as HAF is not responsible for lost packages.
