Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders through Royal Mail/Parcel Force. All orders are trackable and insured, and require a signature on delivery.

International customers: your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on your purchase, which you will be responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot refund or reimburse them. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Thu 14 December: Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA
Fri 15 December: Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
Sat 16 December: Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg
Items in their original condition (including the original box and dust bag) with all tags attached can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If you would like to return an item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please note: We cannot reimburse postage costs for returns. We recommend insurance/tracking as HAF is not responsible for lost packages.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payments.
Credit Card orders are processed securely by Stripe. BECCA HAF does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
