    SUMMER HOLIDAYS: We are currently taking a little summer break - any orders placed now will be dispatched on the 11th September.

    We aim to process all orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) the same day or next business day. At busy times, this may extend to a maximum of three working days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on the weekend will be processed from the following Monday (excluding holidays).

    UK Shipping
    Standard shipping within the UK is free of charge for orders over £100 (and £4 for orders below £100). Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and should arrive within 1-2 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery to outlying areas or at busy times like Christmas. If you would like guaranteed next day delivery you can choose this option at checkout for a small fee.

However, all international shipments are trackable and insured.

    We ship all international purchases through Royal Mail/Parcel Force. If you have a preferred carrier or live in a remote location let us know and we’ll make sure you receive your bag.

    SPECIAL REQUESTS
    If you have any special requests or need help getting an item urgently, get in touch! We’ll do our very best to meet your requirements.

    If you’re purchasing a bag a gift, let us know in the order details. You can even add a gift message to the order details. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.

     

  • RETURNS
    We hope you love your BECCA HAF purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Items must be returned in their original condition (including the original box and dust bag) with the tags attached. Please include the original invoice to help us identify your order, along with the Returns Form that was included with your order.

    We are not responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to ship your return. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

    International Returns
    If you are an international customer and you would like to make a return, drop us an email at info@beccahaf.com to let us know – we are happy to extend the 14-day limit if necessary. Again, we recommend using a trackable and insured service.

    Exchanges
    If you’d like a different colour of the same item, you’re welcome to exchange it. Just fill in the relevant details on the Returns Form.

    Note: We are unable to reimburse postage costs unless the product is faulty.

    Credit Card orders are processed securely by Stripe. BECCA HAF does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
